During the spring of 2023, Emma Dahlqvist has a solo exhibition at Steneby Konsthall, ’Soft Wood’. All are welcome to join us for a lecture ’Now or Näver’ on the 8th February to go deeper into Emma’s artwork and research. In her lecture Emma will speak about birchbark’s unique properties and possibilities and why it is a interesting material for the future. She will also show examples of how she herself has worked with birchbark in both experimental and traditional ways.
