Jag skriver med en uppdatering om vår verksamhetsutvecklingsprojekt med Prové. Medlemmarna i arbetsgruppen träffade Provés projektledarna den 17 juni för att diskutera utvecklingen av vårt arbete och "finjustera" vår SWOT-analys samt kartllägga önskade effekter. Vi mötte också Lars Mård, som kommer att sitta med i vår styrgrupp. Jag träffade även Prové tillsammans med Klas och Gunnar den 29 juni för att diskutera intressentanalys. Jag är mycket imponerad av ärligheten och öppenheten i vår arbetsgrupp. Det är viktigt att se dessa handlingar som "arbetsmaterial" och att de fortsätter att vara formas allt eftersom processen fortsätter.

Jag förväntar mig att vi kommer att fortsätta att tänka på dessa som arbetsdokument innan vi presentera dem för styrgruppen den 23 september. Dessförinnan kommer Prové att träffa referensgruppen (september 14) och arbetsgruppen (september 22). Jag räknar med att vara i kontinuerlig kontakt med Prové genom denna process.

Öppenheten har varit en viktig del av våra diskussioner. Det är viktigt att alla som kan påverkas av detta arbete har tillgång till den information som formar processen och möjlighet att diskutera projektet med sina företrädare i arbetsgruppen. Jag kommer att finnas tillgängliga för att diskutera innehållet i projektet efter tisdagsfikat den 7 september i matsalen, om du känner att det är något mer känslig att diskutera, kom till mig direkt. I öppenhetens intresse har allt arbetsmaterial lagts ut på nätet som ju är en offentlig plats. Som jag nämnde har analysarbetet varit av en mycket ärlig och öppen karaktär - och innehåller några mycket självkritiskta poänger i SWOT-analysen. Flera personer har meddelats Gunnar och mig att det inte ligger i Steneby bästa intresse att kommunicera dessa frågor offentligt. På grund av detta har vi flyttat anteckningarna och arbetsdokument till: Gemensam på Steneby (U:) / Steneby Verksamhetsutveckling. Jag bifogar ävende senaste arbetsdokument från Prové.

I am writing with an update on our verksamhets utvekling project with Prové.  Members of the working group met with the Prové project leaders on June 17 to discuss the progress of our work and to “fine tune” our SWOT analysis and the map of desired effects.  We were also joined by Lars Mård, who will be sitting on our steering group at this meeting.  I also met with Prové, together with Klas and Gunnar on June 29 to discuss the Intressentanalys.  I continue to be impressed with the honesty and openness of our working group.  It remains important to think of these documents as “working material”, as they continue to be shaped as the process continues.

I expect that we will continue to think of these as working documents before we present them to the steering group September 23.  Before that time, Prové will meet with the reference group (September 14) and the working group (September 22).  I expect to be in continuous contact with Prové through this process. 

Transparency has been an important part of our discussions.  It’s essential that everybody that may be affected by this work have access to the information that is shaping the process and the opportunity to discuss the project with your representative on in the working group.  I will also be available to discuss the contents of this project after tisdags fika on September 7 in matsallen, if you feel there is something more sensitive, please come to me directly.  In the interest of transparency, all the working material has been posted on the web, which of course is a public site.  As I mentioned, the analysis work has been honest and open – and includes some very self-critical points on the SWOT analysis.  Several people have communicated with Gunnar and I that it is not in Steneby’s best interest to communicate these points publicly.  Because of this, we have moved the notes and working documents to: Gemensam på Steneby (U:) / Steneby Verksamhetsutveckling.  I am also attaching the most recent working documents from Prové.
